Dominical CR is one of the most picturesque towns in Costa Rica. This small but busy feria is located on the main street of the town and sets up every Friday from around 8am until 12:30pm. It has a great atmosphere and you’ll be able to find lots of different produce, spices, and other products.
Whale watching is another popular activity in the Dominical area. The Marine National Park of Uvita is an incredible place to see humpback whales and you can often spot dolphins too. Whale tours leave from both Dominical and Uvita throughout the two whale migration seasons of July to November and December to April.
The beautiful Nauyaca Waterfalls are a must-see for nature lovers. The waterfalls are tucked away in the jungle and cascade into a stunning natural pool where you can swim. You can take a tour to the waterfalls from either Dominical or Uvita. There are also many other natural attractions in the nearby areas that you can visit on an adventure tour from Dominical, including Corcovado and Manuel Antonio.
